Modem in sync, early activation possible?

After a bit of faffing this morning with Openreach, my modem is in sync with the exchange and I can see DSL is connected in the Hub Manager, but the device itself still has a solid orange "b" symbol.

Openreach have done their line check and as they are happy, is there any possibility of an early activation?
