Missing rewards card, issue when ordering

Hi ordered my service on the 5th August for activation on the 30th August. When ordering the service, it tried to place the order against another line we had in the property and I had to go through it a few times before getting it correct.

I've not received my rewards card email which should have been for £65, Support are unable to do anything about this, as they said that the rewards code isn't attached to the order.

I'm also annoyed as the main reason I went for plusnet was the rewards card, and having to wait for the email not to receive I'm outside fo the cancellation time frame.

What are my next steps?
