I'm very disappointed as I signed up to Plusnet through Broadband Genie & Topcashback. I was promised £49.50 Cashback with a £75 Amazon Gift Card. I have heard nothing about this since signing up on 16th July. Topcashback tell me Plusnet have no record of it. I am very angry at being misled and to discover that Plusnet customer services are extremely hard to access! Not impressed at being lied to at all shocking way to treat a new customer!
