Missing activation date

I have had my phone line switch over today and I was expecting the broadband to follow soon after. At present it still indicates broadband as in progress but I don't have any activation date specified. I had a text with an empty space for the date and looking on my account I can only see a string that hasn't been populated.

Any ideas as to when I could expect the service to go live?

If you read through you should see a reference to an open order and a completion date.

That is the currently programmed date.
