Missing Order


I upgraded to Full Fibre at the end of July, 6 months or more from the end of my contract. Some works needed to be done on my road to complete the install and the Plusnet customer portal has kept me updated on progress as slow as that has been.

Today however, I dont have any order tracking of my FTTP install and the customer portal has been wiped so I cant see any progress.

Naughtily Plusnet have also renewed my contract with FTTC which I didnt ask for.

I would like to know, Is this normal? Should I be worried? I really dont want to re-order my FTTP install and wait another 3+ months for not very much progress.

Can anyone help?

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.

I can see you've spoken with our support team who have re-opened this and chased our suppliers for an update
