Minimum Speed Guarantee

Just signed up for fibre unlimited+, received the welcome email, but the guarantee statements are showing as not available and blank where there should be a speed.

I have a screenshot of my initial quoted speed prior to confirming my purchase.

Can someone advise when I will get my minimum Speed Guarantee in writing?

Thanks for your email.

When I was placing the order, the quoted speed prior to confirming was 36mbps.

Where do I stand with this, as this speed was a key factor in choosing plusnet.

The speed could be determined in order for me to accept the deal, yet couldn't be determined when offering me a guarantee?Huh
