Good evening,
I have placed an order for Fiber Unlimited Extra broadband on Saturday, and upon placing an order i was prompted with creating my member center account, although, despite the fact that I got charged, my account is still not active and I am not able to track my order process, and is it normal that I have not received any conformation e-mail or anything? because when I had an option of either creating new plus.net email account or using my own, I have decided to use my email for convenience purposes. My Member Centre username should be exact same as community's, but no capitals.

Thought I'd respond publicly for transparency.
It doesn't seem like the sign up has gone through properly, explaining being unable to log into the Member Centre and other symptoms.
My suspicion with the payment is that it is now being held by the bank, neither with us or you. Usually after about three working days it'll end up back in your account.
If you're happy to stay with us, it's best to sign up another account.
Admittedly an error on our side so my apologies, let me know if there's anything further I can do.
