Meant to be live today... but phone dead and still stuck at Checking your Details.... is this normal

We are due to go live today and the phone has just gone dead.

 

I checked the status of the order at it is stuck at "Checking your details" - We're gathering details about your account so we can place your broadband order.

 

It has been at this stage for a while now. Is this normal? I would have expected it to have progressed to Checking your lineFirst payment or even Activating your line by now.

Thanks for getting in touch.

I've checked your broadband and phone order and they are both due to complete today.

If your phone line is already dead then chances are the work is being carried out right now to activate your order.

At the very latest the orders should complete by midnight
