Lost all confidence

Service was expected to start 21st Aug it’s now 26th Aug and not heard anymore from Plusnet. Online chat is offline and customers services are not taking calls today ( they weren’t taking calls yesterday either ). Lost all confidence is this company and I fact I think it may be a scam. Money taken from my bank account and no service provided. Please advise me on how to cancel my order with Plusnet.

Should you wish to cancel you must do it carefully and to the letter.
