Loss of service after upgrading to Fibre!

my broadband stopped working this morning - I applied to upgrade to fibre a week ago but my new router hasn't arrived yet - this morning my broadband stopped working - I don't know if the two are connected but I am very frustrated and unable to make any contact with Plusnet except through here!
