Long wait for activation

Hi,
On the 3rd I requested a new connection of broadband. When filling out all the details I got offered a date of 15th Feb that an engineer would come and connect us. Last week got two calls from support and that I’ll be contacted on the 22nd with an update on when will the engineer come. I’m already paying for the broadband with no idea when I’ll get connected. So my question is, does it really take that long..? And any chance of paying back the connection fee if I’m not connected until March?

Yes, thank you. Engineer is coming on the 22nd Feb. So hopefully 23rd Feb should be up and running.
