I’ve just moved into my new flat and ordered Plusnet to provide WiFi in my flat. Admittedly I ordered it a bit late for move in day and I thought the 5 to 7 day expected set up time was fair enough, not ideal but I blame myself for that.
Any who I got a text yesterday telling me it’ll be set up by the 15th. This is a long way beyond the 5-7 day set up time previously mentioned. This is a problem because as its a new flat for us we don’t have an old provider we can use to bridge that gap. Is it really going to take this long? Our phone line got set up quicker than expected.
Any past experiences as to whether this is likely to be the date we’ll get WiFi or a worst case scenario would be warmly received.
