Our broadband was supposed to be activated two weeks ago. Every time I’ve called the helpline they say it will be sorted soon and they’ll get in touch. It’s still not sorted and not once had anyone been in touch.
I just want to what’s happening. Even if it can’t be fixed at least we could make other arrangements. This is not a good time to leave people without internet
