Long delay in fibre upgrade?

I've had 2 emails giving 2 different start dates for my fibre upgrade, 8th and 12th September. Just went to Btwholesale & they reckon my open order will be complete on 2nd October. The first payment will be made on 12th Sept, can you clarify when my order will complete?

I've checked and it is due for the 2nd of October.

As a result you won't be charged for fibre until your next billing date.
