So today is my go live date as this was a switch from sky too yourselves i would expect it to be pretty straightforward. As of yet I have no services no communication although given that I had too chase up the lack of router this does not surprise me. Checked my account and no update there either. What is going on? Have I made a mistake switching as so far its not going well.
UPDATE Spoke too customer services at 11.50pm too be told I was awaiting an open reach engineer who would be attending between 8-1 first I had heard of it seeing as no one bothered too inform me. No engineer has attended was reassured everything will be completed today I highly doubt this now.
