Line installation date has been changed but I can't get through to reschedule!

I signed up to Plusnet and booked an engineer visit to install the phone line on 25th Aug. I got a text message saying this was rearranged to 26th but I have no mean to change it. I tried to email, call multiple times a day and also sent a Twitter message but can't get to anyone. The online chat is also offline. Any advice on getting to customer service? I will not be at home on 26th Aug and I don't want to be charged for missing the appointment! Any advice on how to get through to them?

No I have not had any support. Only comments I received here were asking me to call them. Im going to post the form for cancellation.

After all my calls and messages to discuss the installation (I'm not going to say rearrange the installation, as it's booked for the wrong day for me without notice so I'm not the one rearranging). Today the engineer came and I got an email saying I will be charged for not showing up. This is unacceptable given all the effort I've put into informing Plusnet I cannot attend the new date they rearranged without notice without my consent.
