Lie after lie

Told Plusnet months ago about our house move. Moved 2 weeks ago and still no internet! Get told it will be activated soon and then finally get a date of 16/03. Call up on 16/03 and get told it can take till midnight - guess what still not working!! Router is still red and no activation message received.
Plusnet sort out ASAP!!!!!
