Keeping my number - OR0000010746327

My phone number was supposed to be ported over from BT after 24 hours, I am still waiting 4 days later.  I have requested an update several times via the open question on my account but I have just been ignored.

 

What is going on?

Hi @ellaf, I'm sorry to hear your change of number isn't going as smoothly as both you and we would have liked. I've looking into this for you and updated the ticket relating to this on your account which can be seen here
