It looks like the account summary shows complete, because your contract started when your phone line went live. And I'm not entirely sure why it shows it'll go live on the 13th as the order is in progress for the 12th.
I suspect that's to allow time for the order to complete as it can take at any point up to midnight on the 12th.
Apologies for the confusion there.

Hi I think I'm activated but having authentication issues. The router has a blue light when using support@dsl but not my credentials. Please check I'm activated?

I think you have fallen into the very same confusion we have been discussing elsewhere. The order might well be in progress for the 12th which could complete any time up to the very end of the day - that is midnight - which is technically the 13th at 00:00 - so if it can take up to midnight the email is correct but confusing (by common understanding) in saying "go live on the 13th".
This confusion keeps occurring - if the email must say "on the day after" can it be made to say by 00:00 on the day after please?
