Just competed order online..application error

I just completed a business broadband order including, booking 3 potential dates, first submitting an initial payment by debit card and adding direct debit details. After adding the dirct debit details I got an application error. There is also no further support available...online chat etc closed yet it says 24/7?? Not really impressed so far

Do you have an ad-blocker or similar installed as they can interfere with Chat working?

No it actually says on the website that chat is unavailable

As a business customer the phone lines are available 24/7 and this is the number to call (you should get straight through)

  • 0800 028 0282 (from within the UK)

The interesting part is that Business Chat isn't available even though residential chat is

Thanks for that, got through to someone very quickly on that number which is great. Seems as though my application hasn't gone through which is somewhat frustrating.
