Joined plusnet via quidco and my cash back refused to admin please help

Hi, i joined plusnet via quidco, i should have gotten 70 pounds but today for some reason it has been refused, plusnet calim it wasnt done via the quidco site, please can someone sort this please.

I can give all the cliam details, i know i was on the quidco site, when i joined, it went to plusnet after i saw the 70 pounds cash bach.

70 pounds is a lot of money for me to lose, i hope now i joined plusnet, it isnt a way of getting out of paying me, quidco have not refused to pay its plusnet
