Joined, paid up front.... and no updates at all!

Joined Plusnet on 3rd September for fibre broadband and telephone service, completed DD mandate and made first payment.

5th September - a question was opened, and closed, and we were given a date of 19th September for the telephone to transfer, broadband was to follow within 48 hours; nothing has happened.

Checking the member centre provides no information and, looking at some other posts here, I don't think we are alone in this situation.

Can someone tell me when we will get the service we have paid for or do we go back to the switching sites and start again?

Ignoring Plusnet of course.

I'm very sorry for the lack of information on your order. Unfortunately the orders we placed were rejected, this is because there is no capacity to install fibre currently at the local cabinet. I've added a ticket to your account and this will email you too, this gives information on what the options are now.
