Issue with my account

I’m trying to add line rental saver on my account but I can’t. Can someone from Plusnet help me?

You're not able to take it out at this moment in time as you have a product change going through.

Once that's done you'll be able to add it

Thanks for reasoning @MatthewWheeler. I have requested a change in my order a week ago and still hasn't been progressed.

How long will it take to complete my current order?

 

My current line rental saver will be running out soon and I don't want to have to pay the full amount.

 

 

What other options do I have?
