My original phoneline/broadband installation date was 11th August. I chose plusnet because they could get me broadband quickly in my new house as my partner and I both needed to work from home. However the order hadn't actually gone through properly and I was none the wiser until the installation date where... nothing happened. Didn't get anything from plusnet to say there was a problem. I eventually managed to speak to customer services and got a new installation date of today 25/08/2020 AM but have heard nothing since and am concerned that it's actually not going to happen again. Can't get through on the customer service phone number yet again... worst customer service I've ever had.
