When I signed up the customer services person said I'd be sent a Reward Card email as soon as my service goes live. No email yet.
Is the email something that is sent out automatically or do I have to request it?
@WTAF You should get an email asking you to confirm your details within 14 days once the form is filled in and confirmed you are supposed to get a card within 30 days. (I got mine on the 28 day! )
Do check the email has not ended up in the Spam/junk folder, apparently this has happened to a few people in the past. It will come from purecard.
