Is my upgrade going to happen or not?

 

Ordered upgrade to Unlimited Fibre Broadband online on 19 November. First got a message to say that upgrade had been scheduled. Then got a message to say there was a problem with processing our order and Plusnet would deal with it and get back to us. That was 10 days ago and we haven't heard anything since. I've tried calling their 0800 number but I'm not prepared to wait for hours for an answer. Can any of the Plusnet staff on here help us find out what is going on? Thanks
