Is my order placed?

Hi,everyone.I placed an order for fibre broadband on 29/11 but haven't received yet any confirmation e-mail or SMS and I can't login to my account with the username and password I have chosen.My username is "aydinco".I will appreciate any help from the community.

Hi @aydinco - welcome to the forums.

I've had a look on the account platform and cannot seem to find this username, this might explain why you are unable to login as something might not have completed on the sign up journey. You could try signing up again online or call one of our friendly Sales advisors. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Well,I went to the final payment page and did it but I don't know what happened after.

That's a bit strange @aydinco.

Hello again @aydinco.

I've had it checked out thoroughly, and it does appear the account did not set up correctly on the final page. Best way I recommend, is to give us a call and we will sign the account up over the telephone so it avoids any additional errors.
