Hi,
I placed an order last week. Received a text message the following morning saying that there was a problem with my order. Called you and after waiting for 25 minutes on the line you stated that everything was fine and you apologized for the text message. Today I have just received an email saying that there is a problem in my order. I checked my account and it says: "Order has been cancelled. Please check Install Diary." What happened now? Is this true this time? Please tell me that this is not the case as I paid in full a year a head and signed up to one of your good offers, which is now expired. I looked at some similar problems to mine. I am transfering from Sky, which is somehow being problematic for many people! Can you please sort this out with Sky ASAP? And once this is sorted can you please make sure that the new order matches the original order I placed ?
