Hi,
I ordered a switch from TalkTalk to Plusnet 7 days ago now.
I got a mail from Plusnet saying my Direct Debit had been set up, and that was it.
I logged on to then member centre and it shows my money has been taken, but has not gone any further, the spaces that should give me some idea of activation date are contain some piece of code {StrCustomerActivationdate} instead of an actual date
The reason for my concern is that I have switched several times in the past, usually by much earlier than this I have recieved several communications, and possibly a router from both sides, yet I have heard very little from either Plusnet or Talk Talk, this makes me wonder if there is a problem?
