Is my broadband ever going to go live; Worst customer service ever

Hello,

After giving Plusnet the benefit of the doubt and allowing time for the connection to settle my Internet is virtually non existent I can’t even load an application on the fire stick or join a Zoom call for work. I can’t get through to an advisor yet again and at this point just would like a new provider as the service so far has been very poor

I'm sorry for the problems with your connection. I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing any issues with the broadband signal going into your router. Can you try going through some wireless troubleshooting steps explained Here?
