Is it possible to cancel? (ordered 2nd Dec, not heard anything)
Just looking for some advice .. human contact.. anything ..
Decided to leave TalkTalk at end of contract (mid Dec) so signed up to Plusnet on 2nd December.
I can see I am not alone in this, but I have heard absolutely nothing from Plusnet since other than initial £24.99 payment taken.
I've checked the section where I can view 'questions' for last 30 day on my account to see if progress - there is no service related activity noted.
I'm now outside the 15 day cooling period so I wonder if anyone / staff on here might be able to advise whether I should grit teeth and bear it out, or cut losses, and try to cancel, incur some charges and instead instruct Talk Talk to continue service.
(TT dont yet seem to have note that Plusnet are supposed to be taking over).
Will that work?
How do I even cancel when there seems to be no way to contact Plusnet?
Cant help wishing that I had never bothered.
I know Covid has caused problems for many businesses, but for a Comms company to not be able to arrange for home-working staff to answer the phone (recorded message saying 'try tomorrow) is a little bizarre. and very frustrating.
Any advice, or experiences where it eventually works out - or doesn't, would be appreciated.
