Is Anybody there?
No contact, no updates, nothing! I know this is a difficult time but it was a Plusnet salesman who convinced me to leave Virginmedia and join Plusnet.
Now the cut-off date with VM is fast approaching and I have not heard a thing! Chat is not working, customer services line asks 10 minutes of questions and then hangs up on you after one ring!
Isn't there anyone who can answer important questions to valuable customers???
BTW I'm sure we'll all be pleased to know that the New Customers line is fully manned and you'll be speaking to an operative within a few seconds! Strange that!

Plusnet message also says it's priority is disadvantaged customers. How would they know if they don't answer the phone or messages?
Like many other companies, their talk is empty words. The banks do the same thing!
