Hello. I recently ordered an upgrade to my internet, increasing the speed from 40mbits to 70. I received am email saying the new internet speed would work on the 30th, yet today is the 1st of October and still no upgrade. It also still says on my plusnet page that an upgrade is in progress. I have received no emails or messages indicating a delay, so can you please tell me what’s going on?
