I have received my confirmation email, gone through all the steps on the Plusnet video and restarted it but the internet light is not turning on. Power, broadband and WiFi are all showing green. Tried to call but the automated voice message says that they aren't accepting more calls because of the high volume. Would appreciate help, thank you.
