Instillation date needs to be charged- no contact

Hello,

I need to change my instillation date. The property I've moved to had virgin so I was told an engineer would be in touch to arrange a date. Instead I have been given a date, as a teacher I can't just take a morning off and need to rearrange this but no way of doing this on my account.

I am concerned I will be charged a missed instillation fee despite trying to avoid this.

@Jennyj33 When is the date?  Your best option is to call Plusnet (0800 432 0200) as soon as possible.

Hiya,

They have booked it in for the 7th, we didn't even realise until today as this information was just sent as a text to my partners phone who hadn't noticed it.

I suggest you call them tomorrow - they are open 0800-2000.
