Hello,
We ordered the 38MB Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Broadband & Phone Line deal last week and they charged us the Installation Line Charge (49.99£).
A few days ago we received a text message from Plusnet saying "Plusnet - I've looked through your orders and I can see that there is a stopped line available at your property".
We were wondering if the Installation Line Charge is still applicable, as the line just need an activation, and a installation of a new phone line is not required.
