Installation delay and I want to cancel order and get a refund

I have been trying to contact Plusnet all week but keep getting the message that they're too busy and to ring another time and then cut me off.

 

I'm not happy with the communication and want to cancel my order and request a refund but can't get through.

 

How can I do this please?

Hello, are you still within the 14 day cooling off period?

I don't think the cooling off period is relevant if Plus.net lets the installation date lapse and then does not communicate at all, leaving you in the dark. Just get broadband elsewhere and if they do not want to refund or charge you, go online and start small claims court procedure. You'll win and get some extra cash in the process.
