Hi, 

Just went to look at my TV channel packs and got a message saying the account was not ready and to come back when the box was plugged in and working. It's been plugged in and working since this morning,

Hi Chris.

It looks like this account is affected by the same issue as your last one where there are actions still queued up on the back-end systems.

I'm monitoring this and will let you know once this is sorted out, but for the time being I wouldn't worry about this as your YouView service is working.

Still the same 🤔 works normally until I click on manage account then if I click on any of the options nothing happens,

Just a thought, have you any popup blockers or VPNs in use?

 

I very much doubt that these sort of programs would cause this issue but it's always worth checking.

Are you able to please clear your cookies and cache (the option is usually found in your browser settings), to see if that helps at all?

Have you been able to try logging into your account on another Wi-Fi network, such as a friend or neighbours?
