The only thing that Plusnet "make you proud" at is being consistently terrible.
My broadband was supposed to be activated yesterday, after three weeks of waiting, and only this afternoon I have practically had to drag it out of an employee to tell me that my order has been cancelled due to a system issue.
I made the order over three weeks ago.
This is totally unacceptable and I urge you to choose another provider. I will be leaving terrible reviews around the internet, including Trustpilot, and I am going to contact the national press as I certainly do not want others going through such an abysmal company.
