I want to cancel my order and refund all monies owing to me

Hi,

How to I cancel my order and have all the monies owing to me?


I signed up weeks ago and was told that my live date would be 27th Nov, then I got an email a week after this saying it was going to be 5 Dec which was no good for me as I will be on holiday (I need the internet asap for my work also).

 

So I rang Plusnet, waited 20 mins to speak to one dept and then they transferred me to another dept where I had to wait another 20 mins and then the guy said he has managed to find my a slot on 29th Nov which I thought was better than nothing.

 

Now 2 days before it is due to be installed I get a text saying my date has changed back again to the 5th Dec! this has miffed me off so much I want to cancel everything and get my money back.

 

Please tell me how I can do this without having to sit on the phone for another hour!

Well I managed finally to get through to customer service after 30 mins who then had to put me through to the cancellation dept (why not have an option for that dept in the first place?).

So now all cancelled, refund to follow and will not be signing up for these bunch of amateurs again!

I'm very sorry to hear you've decided to cancel your order with us.

 

It looks like the delay was because of engineer availability.

 

I'd like to wish you all the best with the provider you choose to go with.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
