I'm still waiting!

I signed up with Plusnet end of November 2019 and I'm still not connected. No go live date, received my router last week. Also been without my landline for over a week. Wish I hadn't bothered.

I was really disappointed to read the experience you have had while joining our service and for the inconvenience this has caused you.

 

I have checked the orders placed and can see that they are due to complete on the 23/01/2019 anytime up to midnight. I taken personal ownership and will monitor the order until completion, keeping you updated here.
