I have received " We're sorry to hear you're leaving us " email and sms

I am new joint to plusnet for a month ago, I received an email and sms by Plusnet yesterday, said my broadband service is scheduled to transfer automatically on 14th July 2023 and will result in the cancellation of your Plusnet account. I am very satisfied with Plusnet service and never asked to switch to other broadband service provider. So i am so confused😳, I have difficulty speak and listen, can Plusnet Help Team fix this problem, Thanks.

Afternoon @sam6672 

I'm really sorry to hear this has happened.

It may be that somebody signed up to another provider and gave them your address instead of their own.

The order they placed has been cancelled now so you don't have anything to worry about

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
