Hello,

I am trying to get some more information about my order.

I placed it on 6 September and the engineer visit was supposed to be today. I don't know if they came or not as I haven't been sent an e-mail or a text message.

Also my router isn't shipped. Could you please check the situation of my order? This is really taking so long and finding someone to answer your questions is really difficult

Please help.

Also my order is stuck on "Checking your details". Maybe that will help solve the issue
