So I signed up to plusnet 2 weeks ago now and I still have no phone or internet. I can guarantee I am not going to have any broadband for a very long time.
I am constantly lied to on the phone. I am currently on hold with your customer service department and there is an hour wait!
I have just had enough now. I just want my money back or want to to activated now. I'm sick of this. I've never been messed around by a company like this in my life.
I was told my broadband would be connected by today and nothing. Not even an update by email as I was promised. This is a joke.

Have cancelled plusnet now and got a full refund.
Good luck to anyone going with plus net. I will never consider going with you again.

£37.99 was apparently refunded on the 12th October. Can anyone shed any light on this?

21 days for a refund in 2018. Unbelievable.
Seeing that I've spent about 5 hours of my life just being on hold to your company on the phone.....
Can you just process my refund now?
I would of thought in cases like this you would want to get things dealt with a bit quicker.

I do apologise in the time length it will take to receive your refund.
The way we had to process the refund for you is not our usual process. In this instance we had to raise it up to a separate department to look into the query further for you.

I'm guessing this refund is going to be difficult to get back.
I guarantee I will not get the refund within 21 days.
Can anyone tell me when it might be refunded???????
