I have ordered an upgrade from ADSL to VDSL.
It was supposed to have happened today - but whenever I try configuring my router/modem (Nighthawk D7000v2) to use VDSL, it doesn't work - and I have to go back to my ADSL configuration.
Does anyone here know?
Do I get an email giving me a specific time ?
Does the ADSL service just suddenly stop working ?
Or what ?
Would use PlusNet support - but with PlusNet no longer providing online chat support, and their telephone support having 20+ minute holding times, I cannot easily get support from PlusNet.
