How to ask a question or reply in Plusnet's Help Assistant

The page says this but I can't find any way to provide feedback on their answer or raise a new question.

Does anyone know how?

I believe you can ask a question via : actually the link is  only https://portal.plus.net/wizard/ (Make sure to be logged in). I hope this help.

A direct link to raise a ticket can be found here, if this is looping back to the community page then I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies, using a different browser for testing or private browsing.
