How long ?

How long does it take for the order to be processed and have broadband at home? I’ve placed an order on Wednesday and I’ve not had any updates etc so not sure if somethings wrong or ?

I ordered mine on August 28, still waiting.
have taken time off work twice to be at home when the engineer came to install the service. for different reasons, it hasn't worked out.
I would recommend considering changing provider... this has been a true nightmare for me.

@Kd90x, I'm sorry to see there was a delay in your order being placed. I've checked the account and can see this has now been placed and we should received a committed completion date within the next 24-48 hours.

 

@julsgalvis, I'm sorry to see you experienced a delay with your order. Looking over the account, the order was placed and we had chased our suppliers for updates a few times but I am sorry to see that you have decided to not proceed with the order.
