My phone line was activated straight away on 2/11 but my broadband is still not. How long does this normally take? The router arrived on 4/11 and no call centre open until Monday. Many thanks

Welcome to the forums, @jenniferedge . You should have been advised of your 'go live' date in one of the communications from Plusnet - it is a long time since my connection took place, so I can't remember in which of them this is.
However, the call centre is open on Sundays (09800-2000), if I remember correctly.

OK - I don't know for certain, but I have just tried and been informed by the recorded message that opening times are 0800-2000. It gave no indication that they were closed Sundays. Which number did you call - 0800 432 0200?
I don't think the Help team are around now, either, but there will be at least one of them around tomorrow, who may pick this up and follow it up.
It is not usually a long process, but if you are going for a fibre connection - as most people do these days - the determining factor is usually BT/OR engineer availability, as they need to physically visit the cabinet to make the connection.
