How long from order to fibre upgrade

Hi,

My first post on here. I ordered an upgrade from ADSL (3MB if Im lucky !)  to fibre on Sunday, but have received no communication from PN regarding timings etc.  How long does it roughly take to complete ? Ta

My upgrade took about 10 days but it can vary if you contact plusnet support or wait for one of the forum staff to respond to this post they will be able to give you an exact date.

Your order for fibre is due to complete on the 21st and your router is on the way.
