Does anyone know how long it takes for the mysterious Purecard to make contact? I bought the service on 15th Jan and had my internet running for over a week now and still not received anything about the £75 reward the website promises? Seems a bit dodgy at this point.

Hi, I am in a similar situation; I placed my order during the January sale and this included £50 Mastercard. I have been connected now since 15th Feb (took a while due to technical difficulties with BT but this wasn't my fault) and still haven't had an email allowing me to claim Mastercard.
